The App is a business-to-business (B2B) sales enablement and field automation solution that allows authorized sales agents to collect orders, capture customer information, record payments, track outlet visits, manage inventory interactions, complete surveys, and perform other commercial activities on behalf of distributors, manufacturers, and enterprise partners (“Clients”).

Omniretail Technology acts as a Data Processor, providing the software platform, hosting, and technical infrastructure.
For limited categories of data such as account registration, authentication, security logs, and analytics, Omniretail Technology may act as an independent Data Controller.
If you are a sales agent, your employer or contracting organization determines how your commercial and operational data is used.
